Each Painting is A3 in size, which has been masked to create a border on an A2 piece of ‘Hahnemuhle’ Textured Watercolour paper (300gsm)

Painting measurements - A3 (297 x 420 mm) + *white border = A2 size 420 x 594 mm.

*Border can be cut off on request

Ordering + Shipping:

We appreciate each and every order. We value every customer and will endeavor to get your order to you promptly, and in perfect condition. Paintings are A2 in size, come rolled, in tubes,

Once payment is confirmed, orders are processed and shipped 3-5 working days. Shipping time is on top of this.

All shipping is via NZ POST

Generally orders will be received within 3-10 working days, however, certain destinations may take longer.

Please make sure that all details are entered correctly, as they can not be changed once the order has been shipped.

Krystee Iris takes no responsibility for any orders that are lost in the process of shipping, therefore customers must liaise with the shipping company given to them and tracking number provided. However, we are always happy to assist.

In the unlikely event that a product is delivered to you damaged please get in touch and we can work out a plan to suit you.
